Beer description
A beer with a disguised appearance, whose color is reminiscent of apricot and enriched with rosy reflections. Garrett Oliver says this in preparation: "I have used the purest water from the spring of Birra Amarcord, malt of barley and hops, acacia honey and millefiori, Visciola, a wild cherry that is typical of this area and the prugnolo, another Fruit that arises spontaneously in this area ». The result is an elegant beer that matures at least nine months before completion and has a natural longevity. A complex and refined beer, a mosaic of ingredients refined by the use of champagne yeasts, a beer that offers many and interesting possibilities to combine with traditional cuisine and with the most creative ones.
