Beer description
Beer 90% American Bianchina and 10% Oh My Gold! inoculated with Brettanomyces Lambicus and aged in Nebbiolo barrels for 12 months . Clear, scented with flowers and yellow fruits, with the typical notes of brettanomyces, with a present body, aromatic and enveloping.
PAIRINGS: of good intensity, it is excellent throughout the meal and with medium-aged cheeses , with cured meats and with smoked salmon .
