Beer description
American Bianchina beer , inoculated with Bettanomyces Bruxellensis and aged in Nebbiolo barrels for 12 months . Clear, scented with flowers and yellow fruits, with a slender body and delicate bitterness.
PAIRINGS: Versatile and medium intensity, it can be excellent as an aperitif , ideal with fish without tomatoes and with cured meats in general .
