Beer inspired by Red Ipa , amber, full-bodied with a present bitterness, balanced by the sweetness of the malts. Apache is scented with notes of peach, lychees, resin and grapefruit . PAIRINGS : It prefers more flavourful and structured dishes such as well-aged cheeses with a strong flavour; or grilled red meats or even well-aged and flavourful cured meats. It is better to avoid spicy dishes.
