"Mongeese on Monkeys" is a rare bottle release as part of "Take Flight Series." "Take Flight Series" is a collection of limited release bottled beers that show you just how high you can soar with a little ambition, creativity, and some good people at your side. The brewery aged this amped up version of our brown ale in local rum barrels for several months before we bottled and labeled it by hand! The rum barrels add a smooth, oaky sweetness and accentuate the chocolate and coffee notes of already boozier imperial version of Lazy Bird Brown!
