Beer description
In 1941, the great Youngstown State football coach Dwight Dike Beede invented the penalty flag most football fans despise seeing thrown today. the flag was originally red, hence our name. This pilsner is not your run of the mill pale lager. From first pour, aromas of graham cracker malt meet you. The honey graham flavor continues through the taste, with a uniquely full mouthfeel for the pilsner style. As you continue to drink this beer, the perfumy noble hop flavor will balance the malt and provide that refreshing bitterness this style is known for. Who says pilsners can't be refreshing and still have a full body and big flavor? Certainly not us.
