Beer description

Hops from Spalt (Herkules, Cascade) and the Hallertau (Comet). A velvety sweet malt tone washes over the tongue and makes ready for the full hop aroma, which comes accordingly powerful. Tropical fruits like lychee but also peach notes and tangerine are the dominant aroma carriers. When the slightly resinous bitterness slowly subsides, no dry mouth is left behind but anticipation of the next sip.
