Big Island Paka Bock

This is a special bock beer brewed with cherry and beechwood smoked barley. Paka means "smoke" in Hawaiian and this bock carries wonderful smoke flavors throughout. It's a rich, malty bock lager that finishes with a semi-dry smokiness. Excellent with a wide variety of rich and spicy foods.
