It was served in their mug with a big off-white, foamy, frothy, textured head and lots of lace. Color was a very clear, bright gold. Aroma was nice with malt ing the background and fresh hop up front. That’s followed by a bit of perfume, which was pleasing. Flavor’s the same with the hop having almost a hint of skunk and much more bitter. Very good body and carbonation. Finish is structured like the rest of the beer: a little sweet up front followed by a lingering bitter tang. Very good beer. I sat outside on their patio on a warm day and this beer was just perfect! Easy session beer.
