Bierhalle - Marcowe

Lightly hazed amber with a foamy white head of good retention. Quiet malty aroma is fall leaves, orange zest, apricot and pepper-spice hoppiness, moderately minerally and cleanly fermented though slightly husky. Medium-light bodied, malty and sweet with brash carbonation (same as the Pils). Finishes lightly citric and lemony and floral with good juiciness, but again the carbonation and texture is coarse suggesting that it has not been lagered enough.
