Biergärtnerei Goldsturm (Sunhat Ale)

Beautiful, not too intense fine to medium-pored foam forms on average stable and adheres well to the glass. The Goldsturm lives up to its name. Deep golden yellow with a slight copper note and, despite the lack of filtering, no haze. In the aroma gently fruity with mango and apricot notes and beautiful accompanying malt notes. Strong aromas already in the Antrunk, this is definitely not a uniform beer. Only slight fruitiness with strong malt and beautiful bitter hop notes. Nevertheless, quite pleasant and nice review. A fine, well-matched carbon dioxide does the rest here. A medium very suitable malting body in the middle part harmonizes nicely with the now stronger hop notes. On the palate, a phenolic note, which also fits well and underlines the character of this beer again. In the after-drink comes to the fruity notes and the more cereal malt and the now softer hop bitterness a very slight nutty undertone, which ends extremely long.
