Little Earth Project - Berries For Billie (Elderberry & Mulberry Sour) - BCBF Special Edition

A tannic fruited sour bursting with fruit foraged by hand in the Suffolk countryside. Elderberries grown in the winding lanes while mulberries were picked from a 500 year old tree. The fruit was added to a 18 month old barrel of stronger golden sour in August 2021 & packaged later that year.
