Berliner Berg - 10 Summers

This collaboration between the Berliner Berg and the Michelberger Hotel in Berlin is our homage to the historic beer of our city, the Berliner Weisse. The "10 Summers" are a slightly sour Berlin white with mixed fermentation, which is filled with hand-picked elder flowers from the region and stored on Spreewalder cucumbers. Spiky, refreshing, balanced and complex, above all our creation focuses on drinkability!
