Berliner Berg Reclaim Cider Weisse

You have created this very special white cider cuvee in collaboration with OSTMOST, Äpfel und Konsorten eV, Höfegemeinschaft Pommern and the BioBoden Genossenschaft as part of the 'Reclaim orchards' project. Cider whites from the old apple varieties, winter rose apple, yellow and red sheep nose from the orchard for ciders, beer and nature lovers. The apple varieties come from the Höfegemeinschaft Pommern, as well as the BioBoden Genossenschaft and were harvested from moss, Ostmost and apples & consorts. In our Neukölln specialty brewery, the natural apple juice was fermented with our wild Berlin white cultures and refined as a cuvee with our Berlin white wine.
