Beer description

A 12-month barrel-aged sour with our 5-year-old in-house bacterial strain. It is aged in barrels and then carefully mixed with 20% fresh beer to provide freshness and balance the tart taste. Full of interesting and challenging tastes and aromas like sweaty horse blanket, moldy carpet and sweet, bitter lemon.
