Beer description
"Saison" (season) comes from the Wallonia region in Belgium. Brewed to quench workers' thirst in summer. Spicy, peppery, chalky, a little grassy with lots of apricot and banana fruit esters. Heavily dry hopped with Ekuanot and Simcoe.
