Beer description
He is a ruler, a overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the rich realm of prokaryotic microorganisms, Jelly King is the ruler.
This Jelly King variant has been conditioned on strawberries and rhubarb.
Instead of choosing between sour or hoppy, the brewery has decided to create a beer that is both at the same time. With the aromatic benefits of generous dry hops (Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade), the pleasant acidity of lactic acid-producing bacteria (we use a 5-strain house blend), and a bottle near you that doesn't have to slumber in oak wood for two years, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of the desire to not only eat the cake, but also enjoy it.
Hops
Citra, Amarillo aromatic hop, Cascade aromatic hop
