A golden Belgian ale fermented with a traditional Saison yeast strain and Brettanomyces. This ale is very refreshing, perfectly balanced, and full of flavour despite its light appearance. With this specific version brewery opted for authenticity, and as many Belgian breweries do, they bottle conditioned the final product, producing a lively effervescence. The resulting brew is really something special.
