Beerbliotek Haaaze

Collaboration with Gamma Brewing Co. Our good friends from Gamma Brewing Company from Denmark stopped by for a long overdue meeting and collaboration. Known for their fruity, hoppy beers "with a tendency towards lavish use of hops," we knew we either had to make it big or go home. After all, this is our first collaboration. Haaaze is a juicy, cloudy and powerful double IPA with an extravagant 9.0% ABV. Generously dry-hopped with Idaho 7 and experimental HBC 630 for big, moist fruitiness. Nice massive sweetness with tropical fruits, mango, crushed pineapple and delicate elderflower. Notes of melon in the background with hints of vanilla and cedar.
