Beer description
A red/ambered beer ( almost "Tonaca di Frate" ) with a strong alcohol content. It has a full body and very structured. On the nose emerge scents of cherry, caramel, alcohol. On the palate there is an extraordinary roundness of taste and warmth with notes of peach, apricot, plum, cherry and raisins; there are also moderate notes of caramel and biscuit. The sweet and warm aftertaste has a very long persistence. It is advisable to open it and let it rest for a few minutes before drinking it, so that it can decant and be appreciated in all its facets.
