Beer description
Black. Thick tan creamy head with good retention and lacing. Aroma: toasted sunflower, earthy and floral. Taste: ash and burnt bread crust. Palate: medium body, low carbonation, very smooth. Overall impression: very interesting beer. Almost like a stout, also due to the stout yeast used for fermentation. Good drinkability. Too bad the coconut aromas typical for Sorachi Ace hops are not detectable.
