Whaaaat? We took a batch our our delicate and wild stout (Be Still) and aged it first in fresh wine barrels from Domaine Drouhin then in 2nd use Laphroaig barrels and gently conditioned it with raw cacao juice for an experience that moves us from Still to Silly. The smoke character from the barrel comes from malted barley dried over a peat fire in Scotland. Sláinte!
