Baumburger - Stopfbock

A velvety-soft malty welcome develops full-bodied with a slightly pearly sparkling carbon dioxide built into the beer to a fantastically elegant harmony between beautiful malt aromas in combination with caramel and a little honey and the fruity-floral and spicy hops aromas. The hints of citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, herbs and berries we owe to the hops blend individually selected from the varieties Select, Comet, Goldbrewer, Mandarina Bavaria and Cascade, which were added at different times in the brewing process. To leave, there is a pleasant fine-spicy bitterness perfectly matched to the malt tones, which immediately stimulates the next sip.
