Heidi has the aromatic density, the dark-golden shine, and the stable, fine-pored foam from it. Although Heidi is an ice bock, she shouldn't be enjoyed ice-cold: the optimal drinking temperature is 12 to 14 degrees. She pairs well as a digestif with spicy cheese. And as a cozy end to a beautiful day in a round with friends. Heidi is anything but shy when it comes to alcohol content. She doesn't need to be. You can taste every volume percent.
