For the beer: Brew it. Whirlpool it. Ferment it. Dry-Hop it. Pack it. Serve it fresh. Serve it could.
The steak will be full of flavor–the perfect combination between rich beer flavor, salt, fat, char, smoke. The beer bursting with citrus freshness and a resinous, dank heart as deep and rich as the flavor of a steak slow-cooked over glowing coals. And at the center, where the best part lies, you’ll find a juicy mix of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango, passionfruit.
The texture? Unmistakable. A delicious blend of barley and oats gives this beer the creamy density that defines Basqueland’s Double IPAs.
