Basqueland - Sun Valley

Sun Valley is a Hazy IPA, loaded with Idaho 7 and Idaho Gem hops, known for its fruity aromas. Its body, as smooth as a leaf in the wind, is the result of a precise combination: oat flakes, malted oats, raw wheat, and chit malt, all working towards the same goal. We fermented it with Vermont yeast, and Amarillo and Sabro hops were added in the whirlpool to release the compounds generated by the interaction between the yeast and hops. These compounds contribute significantly to the aromatic and flavor profile. The result is aromas of red fruits, peach, and citrus, with a distinct tropical character in every sip.
