Beer description
Brewed in collaboration with Track Brewing Co. to celebrate Basqueland's 9th anniversary,
Salsa Verde evokes the freshness and herbaceous character of the iconic sauce of Basque cuisine. We have brewed the beer with barley, oat and wheat malts to obtain a dense and enveloping result. Instead of parsley, we have selected the best hops, including dry-hopped HBC 1019, an experimental hop that adds a unique dimension to the recipe.
The beer exudes aromas of peach in syrup, fruit candy and passion fruit, which intertwine with the freshness of lime peel.
A sweet finish and a touch of bitterness harmonize the intense and surprising mouthfeel.
