Barut Destruction of Mankind

This beer was inspired by a myth from the ancient Egypt, written in the Book of the Heavenly Cow. The story follows sun god Ra, who used a blended fruit ale with deep red colour to trick lioness Sakhmet to get drunk and stop the carnage and extermination of all the human race. The beer was so good it turned her from the goddess of war into Hathor – goddess of healing and love. Blended golden sour ale was inspired by this myth. Aged for more than a year in wine oak barrels, and refermented on sour cherries and blueberries, giving it a deep red colour and depth of fruity and funky flavours, fabulous enough to calm any beast.
