Kees - Barrel Project Quadrupel 2024

Together with Pomona Island Brew, we made this beautiful quadruple a year and a half ago. We put this beer in Buffalo Trace barrels for 16 months. The special thing about this beer is that it has a very fine light and fresh acidity. So what you can expect from this Barrel Project are sweet flavours from the quadrupel combined with the bourbon and a slightly vinous finish.
