Beer description
This semi-sweet mead has a strong grape wine character with notes of elderberry, cherry, and grape jelly. Notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Made with Cabernet, Concord, and Sauvignon grapes, star thistle and orange blossom honeys and aforementioned spices. Aged in an imperial stout barrel for 10 months.
