Beer description
Bottom-fermented, natural, light to golden yellow export beer with a well-balanced bitter hop character and sweet malt character. Organic brewing barley from the Ostallgäu. The Ostallgäu organic malt gives the beer its golden-yellow to slightly golden-reddish base color. The taste is lemony, fruity and delicately tart. Slightly yeasty aftertaste on the palate.
