A semi-sweet banana mead made with a crazy amount of bananas and aged for eight months in a rum barrel. Strong ripe banana in smell and taste with supporting notes of caramel and rum. Sweet, but not cloying. Warming with a long finish of bananas. Collab with Iron&Glass Romeoville/Minooka
