Beer description
You can check. You drink this beer and on the first impression it has the bitterness of hops. But suddenly, fast and powerful as a shark, comes the incredible lightness of the malt and a citrus, fruity and herbal taste. Pairs with Thai food, wild birds, pork, aged and fatty cheeses. It is made using the Dry Hopping technique, which uses a selection of Hallertau hops at maturation to balance aromas, flavors and bitterness.
