Altbier is an ALE (High fermentation) with a reddish color and marked bitterness. This time I chose this type of beer, because, in addition to being the type I like the most, it comes with the same ideology of the Punk / Hardcore movement that has always fought against what was imposed by the big industry for many, many years.
