Teodorico Beer is a low fermentation Baltic Porter, brewed by the decoction method, with the addition of locally produced honeydew. Black colour, aromas of toffee, cocoa and coffee. In the mouth it is well balanced, generous and smooth. Our Baltic Porter is dedicated to the figure of Theodoric King of the Goths. In 500 A.D., having descended into Italy with his barbarians, the king defeated his adversary in Verona, initiating a long period of peace and prosperity. He was not part of the Scaliger seigniory, also because he had appeared on the scene many centuries earlier, but he loved the city so much that he resided there for long periods and had a splendid castle built on purpose on the banks of the Adige River.
