Midnight Project - Baltic Cupping

Coffee and beer cultures have a lot in common. Careful selection of the best raw materials, careful processing, unique flavour and aroma qualities of the finished product and, of course, our own sommeliers, who drive the industry forward - all this is just part of the process, thanks to which you can enjoy a quality drink. Inspired by our passion for coffee, we created Baltic Cupping, a Baltic porter that combined the richness of dark malts with the unique aroma and flavour of fresh coffee beans from Brazil. The result of our experiment was a beer with notes of chocolate, coffee and burnt malts. The verb "cupping" in the name is not only a reference to the sommelier from coffee culture, but also an homage to the newly popular can wellness procedure. The effect of our Baltic Porter is very similar: it relaxes your mind, energises your body, and as a result, you are relieved of tension and distracted from negative thoughts.
