CleanEscape #1 ABV: 5.3% The name comes from the classic ploy of pirates, escaping into a fog bank. The water is so pure that it is the perfect base for an experiment. There is nothing we like more in our pilot brewery than to explore flavor, so these two beers explore how water can enhance certain beer flavors.
