Rewort Brewery - Balkan Pearl (Mother T.)

This brew was inspired by Mother Teresa, a Catholic nun and Nobel Peace Prize winner, whose life epitomised a genuine and genuine concern for her fellow man, helping the poor, the sick and the disadvantaged. We have borrowed a part of this care for our double stout. The highest quality cocoa beans from Côte d'Ivoire for brewing, vanilla extract for fermentation, seven malts for chocolate aroma and light coffee character, Summit hops and lactose for light sweetness - the result of our efforts is an enveloping beer with a powerful, intense aroma and rich flavour, with vanilla notes neatly hidden in the basic chocolate profile. We hope you enjoy it and with every sip it will remind you of the importance of empathy and helping your neighbour.
