Birra Baladin - Sidro

For his "Sidro", Teo Musso chose a mix of Italian apple varieties and made use of the knowledge of sparkling wine production from well-known manufacturers in his geographical area. Tasting note: The sidro flows into the glass with a visible play of pearls and is presented in a clear light yellow. In the fragrance, notes of elderflower, ripe yellow fruits and a little citrus accompany the top note of ripe apples. The initially tenderly sweet taste is followed by fruity aromas, with the apple clearly in the foreground. The pleasant latency and a refreshing acidity ensure a perfect balance of the body. The taste of apple varieties such as Pinova, Rubens, Braeburn and Shinano Gold remains in the mouth.
