Special beer fermented with champagne yeast. Its slightly cloudy, light amber color and its white foam are the prelude to a very special beer. Delicate fruit and grain notes on the nose, accompanied by a hint of caramel and light citrus nuances. On the palate, the olfactory notes are confirmed, very rich and yet balanced, with the warm component and the lush sparkle helping to appreciate the full value of this beer.
