However, MeM has its own distinctiveness: Italian-American hops and a clear smoky note that comes from the malts. The Cascade hops are produced by the Farm Frè. From his "sister" Elixir, he preserves the strong character and smoothness through the use of whiskey yeasts. MeM stands for Musso
