Beer description
Cacau Bomb is a real explosion of flavor. The initial recipe starts from a Russian Imperial Stout with the addition of cocoa nibs that still undergoes a freezing process resulting in a more concentrated beer, reaching 18% alcohol content! At the end of the ripening process, we add Marrasquino cherries for a fruity finishing touch. Extremely liqueurous in body, it has intense roasting characteristics reminiscent of dark chocolate. The notes of the cherry round off the finish of this incredibly complex beer. GOLD medal in the Experimental category at the Brazilian Beer Festival, 2018.
