Mikkeller - Back In the Dayz

"Back in the Dayz" is a throwback to when craft brewers really tried to push the envelope. This beer has a vulgar amount of hops used in both the brew itself and during dry hopping. Clocking in at 10% ABV only asserts its dominance in the IPA game. Despite all of this, the drinking experience is very balanced: its medium body bursts with notes of tropical fruit in flavor and aroma yet has subtle restraint in the boozy and bitterness department.
