Beer description
This Olde English Stock Ale was brewed with a 200+ year old yeast strain from the Harvey's brewery in Sussex, England. The beer was aged for 18 months in oak barrels. Stock Ales were traditionally blended with younger, smaller beers to add complexity, but were also served straight like ours. The beer displays the subtle brett character from this ancient yeast strain.
