Brewed in Collaboration with Doctors Orders Brewing, this is a Lichtenhainer style Ale with a few twists. A lightly smoked/sour wheat beer with the addition of smoked jalapeños, sour fermented & aged for 12 months in Octomore whisky barrels. Further aged for 5 years before bottling, it’s a complex & beautifully layered experience.
