The Allegiance of Magicians have called and asked us what our magic trick is to get a beer so juicy. We told them that it’s not a trick, it’s an illusion and adding agave nectar to our favourite could only enhance the wonder! Right? We explained that it would produce an added complexity to the style and provide smooth, agave notes under the bursting tropical fruits created by the combination of Strata, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops . Then they told us to make sure that we never give away that secret! Oh dear…... Well, if this illusion doesn't turn out to be the career-making scandal of our dreams, at least there is always money in the banana stand!
