Ayinger - Weizenbock

Brewed for the first time in 1995 for the master brewer's sixtieth birthday, this refreshing strong wheat beer has long been one of the Ayinger winter classics. It has a beautiful golden yellow color that tends towards copper. Four different types of malt ensure the typical, slightly spicy taste and the characteristic banana aroma. The initial sweetness of wheat beer quickly gives way to a full-bodied taste, which is accompanied by a pleasant touch. With an original gravity of 16.5°, it is the "strongest" of the Ayinger wheat beers.
