Aya is a Modern Pilsner brewed with Motueka and Saaz. A well made pilsner is a balancing act of simplicity and technique. Aya brings a base of Eraclea pilsner malt through a rigorous mash regime, and combines noble Saaz hops with Motueka, its new-world descendant. Looking toward tomorrow, take a moment of repose to remember from where we came. Contains malts (barley, oat, wheat), hops, yeast and water.
