Beer description
The Miss season of the Austmann Bryggerie from Norway, is a traditionally brewed season, which may ferment in the open fermentation tank. Ginger, lime and lemongrass are added to the beer during the brewing process, giving it a sparkling character and a fresh, long aftertaste. It is a more complex beer, but very refreshing and a great accompaniment to sushi.
