Mixed Fermentation Barel Aged Sour. A single barrel of golden sour brewed in June 2020 was left to age for a year before freshly picked pineapple weed, found all around the brewery site, was added to the barrel. Pineapple weed, named for its resemblance of tiny pineapples, brings a light citrus note, wioth the addition of our homegrown Brewers Gold hops in a dry hop shortly before bottling. Fresh, dry & zingy
